"Exceptional"
Huge thanks to the staff! Communication was brilliant and they couldn't help us enough! More than happy to provide taxi's, restaurant recommendations and advice on the places we wanted to visit. They provided us with a contact number which we could have reached out to at any time with any questions, and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was as expected as we were only staying for 2 nights and just needed a place to sleep (as there is SO much to see and do in Rome!), however there were added extras we didn't expect like toothpaste, slippers, use of kitchen etc. The room was also cleaned daily with fresh towels and we could store our bags after check out to finish our last day. We opted for the quadruple room, which was more than big enough for us (a family of 4). The hotel location was brilliant too! A short walk to all the main attractions and not far from some amazing local restaurants away from the attractions as these are over priced and more commercial! Thanks to Layla and the team!

Location is fantastic - can walk to Roman Forum, coliseum, Jewish Ghetto, and also Trastevere. Michelina was a wonderful host, she goes out of her way to make you happy and comfortable. My passport was stolen and she let me use the computer to fill out forms and then she printed them out making process to get emergency passport at embassy much easier. Shared Kitchen is very good and beds are very comfortable. The only negative is that they use an air freshener that is too strong and smells like coconut once we opened the windows in room, we reduced that smell.

It was really a very enjoyable experience. Layla and Michaela are very kind, helpful and understanding. First of all, it is located in a very central location. You can easily visit all of Rome by staying here. The room and toilet were very clean and were cleaned every day. The facilities in the room were more than sufficient. If we come to Rome again, this is definitely where we will stay.

Very friendly and helpfull personal. Big room with very comfortable bed and pillows. In room was heating. Great that we could use shared kitchen. After checking out we could leave our bags till evening. Very great location-we walked everywhere without using public transport.

Our room was spacious, very clean and all facilities indicated were available. Clean towels daily. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Location is very central, walking distance to all major attractions. Our hosts Layla and Michela, were very helpful and friendly. I would certainly stay here on my next visit.

The location is amazing, Layla was super nice and helpful. The room was very clean and its a really safe area which is close to anything interesting in Rome. We had a blast!

The service provided my management and staff was exceptional. Went out of their way to make 100% sure that were totally comfortable. The room we had was clean, spacious and beds were very comfy. Location too was perfect & the facility was extremely well secured with metal gates & solid exterior and interior doors.
